The app collects your name and mobile phone number only, exclusively for the following purposes:

• Creating and verifying your account via an OTP sent to your phone.
• Securing financial transactions for agents (point-of-sale users) and linking them to your verified account.
• Providing technical support when needed.

We do not collect unnecessary data such as location, contacts, photos, or device information for advertising purposes.

2. Data Security & Encryption

All data is transmitted and stored securely:

• All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS.
• Authentication tokens are managed via Laravel Sanctum and stored securely on the device using SecureStore.
• OTP verification codes are stored encrypted on the server and never displayed in plain text.
• Passwords — if applicable — are stored using one-way hashing algorithms.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties or advertising networks. We do not sell or rent your data. Your information is used only within the Kartek Go platform to provide the service, or when required by applicable law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required for operational and legal compliance. Upon account deletion request, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe.
